arrey MayG,I know gardeining(even indoors) is a huge pain over here. But guess what, I also picked up flowering plants for the outdoors for just 2dhs each! Petunia and Xinora(19dhs), put them in your balcony as they will be fine in the heat. Just water them regularly. As for the indoor plants, try to have the AC on as much as you can (and incur heavy utility bills) and avoid buying plants from IKEA-rubbish-they dont have deep roots. Plus the staff at the dubai garden centre are super helpful, they will tell you everything you wanna know! Call me anytime!Better still, visit my house so I can show off!

cheers
harshika

To some: green is the colour of Islam...

To others: green Signifies environmentally friendly objects and concepts... "green" cars... "green" homes...

Yet others, especially yesterday, March 17th, green signifies: St. Patrick's Day and Leprechauns...

green... lovely, peaceful, soothing... green... life!

Thanks for sharing.
