now who would refuse such a burst of color on a single plate I ask you.. yes, only my fussy 4 year old 
and so it landed in your truly’s not so tiny tummy *sigh*

Mons, that you could go ahead and bake rainbow cakes with a wee baby H gave me the courage to think i could do it too.. only when I thought I was inspired enough, the laziness gene kicked in and i figured naah! I’ll stick to quicker pancakes instead
